What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, project address, town and project details. We don't ask for payment information on this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your project, schedule a walkthrough, prepare your estimate and, if you hire us, run your project. Your request goes into the project management software we use to run our jobs (JobTread), and a copy may be sent to our business email.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We share only what's needed to do your project, for example with a licensed plumber or electrician working on your job, your building's management, or a town building department for permits. The service providers named above store it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as we need them for your project, your warranty and our business and tax records.
